Kingrex Holdings has successively diversified its cooperation with well-known companies such as SF Express and China Post EMS, investing in and establishing six intelligent warehousing and distribution bases in Xiaoshan District, Qiantang District, and Shaoxing Binhai Development Zone, with a warehouse area of over 600,000 square meters, covering more than 600 mu. In 2015, its subsidiary, Hangzhou Kingrex Furniture Manufacturing Co., Ltd., introduced Zhejiang SF Express Co., Ltd. to build an intelligent warehouse covering an area of 52,460.35 square meters and a construction area of 92,090.08 square meters in Lingang Industrial Park, Guali Town, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City, which has become one of the important storage hubs for Hangzhou SF Zhida Logistics Co., Ltd. within Xiaoshan International Airport. In addition, Kingrex Holdings has partnered with a large domestic automobile manufacturer to build an industrial storage and distribution base in Qiantang District, covering an area of more than 200 mu, which has become the storage and distribution center for Changan Ford auto parts. A large e-commerce industrial park built in cooperation with China Post EMS in Hangzhou Linjiang High-tech Zone covers an area of 263.6 mu.
